Its neighbouring counties are Bomet, Kajiado, Kericho, Kisii, Migori, Nakuru, Nyamira, Tanzania. Narok main economic activities are Tourism, livestock, wheat, maize, horticulture.

Narok County borders Nakuru, Bomet, Kisii, Migori, Kajiado and Tanzania. Narok Town is the headquarters. The county is known for the Maasai Mara National Reserve, expansive grasslands and the Mau Forest. Livestock, wheat farming, tourism and trade dominate the economy. The Maasai community preserves vibrant cultural traditions. Narok remains a major wildlife tourism and pastoral region.
